Manufacturers Standard Warranty

All computer products and peripherals sold by Ustal Technology carry the original manufacturers warranty. Typically this covers labor and parts for 1 year. See specific manufacturers for details.

USTAL Product Warranty

All Ustal products carry a 1 year warranty on parts and labor, PLUS a lifetime toll-free tech support for the life of the system. Tech support is available on weekdays, with extended hours (7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. CST).

We also offer an upgrade to a two-year ($98) or three-year ($180) warranty plan.

Upgrade plans are available as an option when you order your system.
